Entrata, a global leader in AI-driven property management technology, seeks a Head of Investor Relations to guide the IR program and partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team from our hybrid U.S. operations.

You will craft communications, manage market intelligence, and oversee investor relations governance with a focus on strategic messaging and compliance. You’ll interact with buy-side and sell-side stakeholders, prepare earnings materials, and drive cross-functional collaboration across

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work within or advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate complex business models, strategic initiatives, and financial performance to buy-side investors and sell-side analysts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suited for senior leadership, board-level interactions, and public messaging.
• Sound judgment and MNPI handling and sensitive corporate disclosures.
• Strong project-management skills with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Product, and executive leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Build investor and analyst relationships: Establish a thoughtful engagement program with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts, and help cultivate a long-term shareholder base aligned with Entrata's strategy.
• Manage investor communications: Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor presentations, the IR website and other external communications in partnership with Finance, Legal, Communications and executive leadership.
• Support disclosure and governance processes: Work with Legal and Finance to support accurate, consistent and timely public disclosures and ensure investor communications follow applicable securities laws and company policies.
• Deliver market intelligence: Monitor investor feedback, analyst perspectives, valuation trends, peer performance and market developments; summarize relevant insights for the executive team and board.
• Coordinate cross-functional IR activities: Build strong working relationships across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product and Communications to ensure the company’s external messaging is well-supported and consistent.
• Establish the IR function: Develop the calendar, processes, materials and internal controls needed to run an effective investor relations program
