Entrata, a global leader in AI-driven property management technology, seeks Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR program and partner with the CFO/CEO. You will shape investor communications, earnings materials, and market intelligence while guiding governance and disclosures for a public-company IR function.

The role emphasizes deep financial acumen, strong storytelling, and collaboration across Finance, Legal, Communications, Product and Leadership, with a flexible hybrid/remote work

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work with a public company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
• Ability to articulate complex business models to investors and analysts.
• Discretion when handling MNPI and sensitive disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, calls, presentations, and external communications.
• Support accurate public disclosures with legal and finance teams.
• Monitor investor feedback, market trends and valuation developments; liaise across functions.
• Develop calendar and processes to run an effective IR program.
