Job summary

Entrata, a global leader in AI-driven property management technology, is seeking a Head of Investor Relations to partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team. Lead investor relations, prepare communications, and build processes for a successful IR program.

You will manage disclosures, earnings materials, and market intelligence while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and Communications to align external messaging with strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations, including prior work within or advising a publicly traded company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate guidance, valuation methodologies, capital markets, and public-company reporting.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate complex business models, strategic initiatives, and financial performance to buy-side investors and sell-side analysts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suited for senior leadership, board-level interactions, and public messaging.
• Sound judgment and discretion with MNPI and sensitive disclosures.
• Strong project-management skills across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships with current and prospective investors and sell-side analysts.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings materials, earnings calls, investor presentations, the IR website and external communications.
• Support disclosure and governance processes with Legal and Finance to ensure accurate public disclosures.
• Deliver market intelligence by summarizing investor feedback, valuation trends, and market developments.
• Coordinate cross-functional IR activities with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product and Communications.
