Entrata seeks a Head of Investor Relations to lead investor relations and partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team. The role will prepare the company for investor engagement, coordinate communications, and drive governance and market intelligence efforts.

Responsibilities include building investor relationships, managing earnings communications, and ensuring compliant disclosures while coordinating with legal, finance, and product teams in a hybrid, US-based setting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in investor relations for a public company.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, guidance, valuation, and capital markets.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex models and performance to investors and analysts.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior leadership and boards.
• Discretion handling MNPI and sensitive disclosures.
• Strong project-management and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build investor and analyst relationships and cultivate shareholder base.
• Manage quarterly earnings materials, calls, and investor communications.
• Support disclosure and governance processes with Legal and Finance.
• Deliver market intelligence and summarize insights for executive team and board.
• Coordinate cross-functional IR activities across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Sales, Product, and Communications.
• Establish IR function: calendar, processes, controls for effective program.
