Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in asset management, financial services, fintech, risk, operations or technology.
• Strong hands-on SQL and/or Python skills with practical data tooling.
• Advanced Excel and financial data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large financial datasets across multiple systems and platforms.
• Build automated reconciliations and exception-management tools.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and analytical tools for investment operations teams.
• Automate workflows and improve straight-through processing.
• Support data mapping, testing and validation during system modernization initiatives.
• Partner with investment, trading, risk, operations and technology teams.
• Translate business requirements into practical data and technology solutions.
• Improve controls, documentation and data governance.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
