Qualifications

• 6+ years in banking or financial services risk management, audit, supervision or compliance.
• At least 3 years in analytics, reporting or data management.
• Hands-on proficiency in Power BI and SSRS.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, risks and controls.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics that support enterprise risk management, identify control gaps and assess control design and operating effectiveness.
• Build Power BI dashboards and recurring reports covering risk trends, control effectiveness, testing results and remediation status.
• Use SQL to analyze data, identify exceptions and detect potential breaches.
• Lead analytics initiatives from requirements gathering through development, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancement.
• Partner with Risk, business, Technology and Data teams to translate risk and testing objectives into practical analytical solutions.
• Support AI adoption, automated monitoring and improvements to testing and reporting processes.
