A leading global investment manager is seeking an Analytics & Automation professional to join a newly created role supporting a critical investment operations function.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong financial markets knowledge with hands‑on technical skills. The role will focus on building analytical tools, improving data quality and controls, automating workflows, and supporting a major multi‑year technology transformation.

This is an individual contributor position for someone who enjoys working directly with data and building practical solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze large financial datasets across multiple systems and platforms
• Build automated reconciliations and exception‑management tools
• Develop reporting, dashboards and analytical tools used by investment operations teams
• Automate workflows and improve straight‑through processing
• Support data mapping, testing and validation during system modernization initiatives
• Partner with investment, trading, risk, operations and technology teams

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of relevant experience in asset management, financial services, fintech, risk, operations or technology
• Strong hands‑on SQL and/or Python skills
• Advanced Excel and financial data analysis experience
• Understanding of financial markets and the trade lifecycle
• Experience working with complex data across multiple systems
• Exposure to system migrations, automation, data transformation or technology‑enabled change
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technology teams

Experience with cash management, liquidity, treasury, collateral or fixed income operations is helpful, but not required.
