iCapital seeks an Assistant Vice President or Vice President for Transactional Operations to lead strategic initiatives across the transaction lifecycle. You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Technology, Data and external partners to design scalable, data-driven operating models with strong controls and governance.

You will drive automation, KPI dashboards, and executive-ready roadmaps while ensuring alignment with private funds and alternative investments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, operations or related field is required.
• 6+ years in financial services, operations, consulting, product strategy or transformation.
• Experience with automation, data, and operating-model redesign.
• Ability to develop operating models, governance, controls, and metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across Transactional Operations from business case to implementation.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Data to align roadmaps and platform capabilities.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations, updates, and roadmaps.
• Drive industry partnerships enabling straight-through processing and standardization.
• Design scalable operating models, governance, controls, and procedures.
• Drive automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled solutions to scale.
• Represent operational SME on lifecycle initiatives across subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and more.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to improve transparency and performance.
