Qualifications

• 6+ years in direct sales or relationship management focused on International Treasury Management.
• Ability to consult on international banking and cash management.
• Deep knowledge of treasury products, services, and markets (treasury, lending, trade, FX).
• Executive presence with advisory relationships to clients and bankers.
• Proven track record of results and building strategic relationships with minimal supervision.
• Broad knowledge of transaction banking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow international treasury revenue across Global Corporate Banking clients.
• Provide SME for Treasury Services across regions (EMEA, Asia, Americas).
• Develop and deliver global treasury, trade, and lending solutions with partners.
• Influence teams to drive business development strategies.
• Own revenue expansion, pipeline, pricing and proposals.
• Maintain client focus and knowledge of global banking operations.
• Mentor Treasury Sales Associates.
• Represent J.P. Morgan's International capabilities at events.
• Input into product development and marketing.
