Job summary

Novacore, a newly formed specialty insurance entity, is seeking a Vice President of Business Integrations to lead the PMO and end-to-end delivery of new programs, carrier transitions, integrations, and operational improvements. You will guide governance, develop scalable delivery models, and work with executives, partners, and internal teams to bring programs live and profitable.

You will build a growing delivery function, mentor program managers, and ensure readiness with Operations, Technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management, or related field.
• PMO or multi-program portfolio leadership experience (10+ years).
• Insurance industry experience, MGA/MGU preferred, with program launches and carrier transitions.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-state programs and collaborating with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio and program lifecycle management across intake, planning, execution, governance and reporting.
• Define and own the integration operating model, playbooks, SOPs and governance artifacts.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a growing team of project managers within the portfolio.
• Oversee vendor management, risk/issue logs, and executive-level portfolio reviews.
• Partner with Operations, Product and Technology to ensure testing, readiness and handoffs.
