Job summary

Novacore seeks a seasoned Vice President, Business Integrations to lead its portfolio of new programs, vendor transitions and operational improvements. You will build and scale the PMO, partner with Operations, Product and Technology, and report to senior leadership.

You will drive governance, set timelines, manage interdependencies, and ensure delivery of business value across multiple states while guiding a growing team of project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of program or project leadership, with PMO experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance sector, MGA/MGU exposure a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven capability to lead complex, multi-state programs with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance and success of all programs and implementations.
• Run governance cadence across teams and executives for portfolio visibility.
• Ensure programs have leads, statuses, risk logs, and steady-state plans.
• Lead executive-level portfolio reviews.
