Job summary

Novacore, the newly formed specialty insurance entity, seeks a Vice President, Business Integrations to lead the PMO, oversee a portfolio of program launches, carrier transitions, and acquisitions.

You will partner with Operations, Product, Technology and Finance, building governance cadences, mentoring a growing team, and delivering end-to-end outcomes across multiple states on a hybrid schedule from Plano, TX or Conshohocken, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP/PgMP preferred.
• 10+ years in program or project leadership, PMO setup or maturation.
• Experience delivering complex programs across multiple states with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of portfolio lifecycle including intake, planning, execution, governance, vendor management, and reporting.
• Own the integration operating model, playbooks, SOPs, and governance artifacts.
• Build and grow a PMO team; drive end-to-end delivery of priority programs and cross-functional handoffs.
• Advise senior leadership and act as a strategic partner across Operations, Product, and Technology.
