Job summary

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Vice President of Community Services to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering integrated housing, health care and supportive services across Colorado. This role shapes culture, drives trauma‑informed practice, and aligns programs with strategic priorities.

The VP collaborates with finance and grants teams to ensure sustainable impact, guides program expansion, and champions equity and quality throughout the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, social services, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Minimum 3 years supervising a multidisciplinary management team.
  • Experience leading housing and/or health care or human services programs.
  • Strong staff development, coaching, and performance evaluation skills.
  • Experience serving marginalized communities and social justice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise community services across all areas with executive oversight.
  • Oversee Directors and Managers in housing, outreach, and employment services.
  • Promote integration with health care and supportive housing through leadership.
  • Strategize planning to identify unmet needs and streamline client intake.
  • Participate in statewide initiatives to expand housing and services.
  • Collaborate on budget development with CFO and program directors.
  • Ensure staff development and address employee relations issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
