Job summary

Opus IVS is seeking a visionary VP, Insurer Relations and Strategic Accounts to drive growth across major insurer and industry partnerships. You will lead high-level strategy, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service delivery for key accounts.

The role requires extensive senior management experience in automotive repair, a strong SaaS background, and the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team from the Dexter, MI area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of senior-level management experience in the automotive repair and service industry with understanding of high-growth B2B software/SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record leading enterprise programs with insurers, large repair networks or industry technology partners.
• Willingness to reside within driving distance of Dexter, MI and be in office four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productive relationships with key insurer and account customers and partners.
• Originate, develop, and secure enterprise partnerships with major insurers and industry stakeholders.
• Lead strategy meetings, negotiate contracts, and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
• Coordinate contract renewals and support new contract negotiations to maximize value for Opus IVS.
• Develop and mentor the account management team to drive growth.
