Job summary

Opus IVS is seeking a Vice President, Insurer Relations and Strategic Accounts to grow enterprise partnerships with major insurers and industry stakeholders in the US collision ecosystem. You will lead executive relationships, coordinate multi‑team delivery, and drive revenue growth while guiding the key account management team.

You will be based in Dexter, MI or nearby, traveling as needed and working with leadership to expand the portfolio across strategic customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of senior management experience in automotive repair and service with SaaS exposure.
• Proven track record in enterprise programs with insurers, large repair networks or industry partners.
• Strategic thinker with leadership experience and strong client relationships.
• Solid automotive industry knowledge of collision repair, ADAS and US market.
• Experience with sales strategy, operations, customer success, marketing and partnerships globally.
• Reside within driving distance of Dexter, MI and able to be in office four days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with insurance carriers and key accounts.
• Originate and secure enterprise partnerships with insurers and industry stakeholders.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to address customer needs and coordinate delivery.
• Coordinate contract renewals and support negotiations to maximize value.
• Build a customer‑focused account management organization across US teams.
• Lead executive relationships with partners and influence industry adoption.
