Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President to lead Innovation Economy Partner Marketing within Commercial and Investment Banking. You will own the partner marketing strategy, drive growth initiatives, and coordinate with legal, controls, and product teams to optimize lead generation and engagement across the ecosystem.

You will work across accelerators, VCs, and strategic platforms to enhance client value propositions, drive acquisition, and scale partnerships in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading partner, ecosystem, or B2B marketing programs that drive growth.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment with data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing external partners plus navigating legal, risk, or third-party oversight.
• Excellent communication and program management skills for multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the partner marketing portfolio across ecosystem partners (accelerators, VCs, platforms).
• Lead Startup Offers strategy, segmentation, and activation across founder stages and markets.
• Improve end-to-end UX by identifying platform, content, discovery, and conversion opportunities.
• Develop scalable partner and event activation programs with clear lead capture and measurable outcomes.
• Lead partner negotiations and relationship management with legal, controls, and product teams.
• Establish performance frameworks and executive-ready reporting for partner marketing and value-added services.
• Support Acquisition and Growth Strategy via planning, audience analysis, and test plans.
