Job summary

The role includes creating wireframes, delivering market insights, tracking ROI, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives with internal partners, leveraging AI to improve speed and quality of deliverables.

Qualifications

• Interest in project management and business analysis.
• Experience in driving stakeholder agendas, delivering presentations to stakeholders/senior leaders, and articulating rationale in design decisions.
• Strong communication, writing, organization, and time management.
• Judgment and discretion working with confidential and sensitive information.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Analyze data and produce market-mapping insights that inform coverage and engagement priorities
• Define success metrics and track ROI, reporting impact and trends to senior management
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to improve the speed and quality of deliverables and workflows
• Assist in coordinating team activities and events, town halls, and strategy sessions
• Lead and support internal strategic initiatives to enhance, track and report ongoing activities
• Support creation of marketing materials and newsletters for distribution
• Collaborate with partners across International Private Bank regions to achieve objectives
• Support recurring business management cadence and timely execution of priorities
• Identify key business risks and drive resolution of mitigating controls
