Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in the PES Americas division seeks a Vice President of Product Management for Industrial Solutions Motors to lead strategy and portfolio development.

The role reports to the President, partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Leadership to deliver profitable growth and customer-centric solutions. It requires 12+ years in senior product roles and strong P&L oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an Accredited University required.
• Minimum 12 years of B2B product/marketing experience with highly engineered products.
• Proven ability to lead direct and cross-functional teams in a global structure.
• Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and ability to lead multiple projects.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution and delivery.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (Salesforce.com or MS Dynamics).
• Ability to analyze commercial data to manage product families and trends.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% domestically and internationally.
• Demonstrates Regal Rexnord values in leadership and collaboration.
• Relevant industry experience in Food & Beverage, Materials Handling/Conveying, and/or Industrial Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year product strategies and road maps aligned with business goals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Industrial Solutions Motors products from concept to end-of-life.
• Drive and own the ~300M P&L for the Industrial Solutions unit.
• Champion a customer-centric approach using VOC, market research, and competitive intel.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality products on time and at scale.
• Drive continuous improvement using the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS).
• Build and lead a high-performing product management team with mentorship and accountability.
