Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks an experienced Project Leader II to drive new product development and vitality of high-tech products within the Power Efficiency Solutions business. You will lead global teams from business case to commercialization, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with PES strategies.

Travel will be domestic and international; the role requires strong PM skills and collaboration across engineering, product management, and manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in product development; life cycle from concept to production.
• Experience with motors, drives, controls; stage gate process.
• Strong verbal and written communication; cross-functional coordination.
• PMI PMP Certification or Lean Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and track project plans including scope, resources, schedules, budgets, product costs, specifications & requirements.
• Lead and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain PM processes for successful launches.
• Develop WBS and master schedule to deliver projects on time per market needs.
• Align product development goals with PM, business, and customer needs.
• Lead risk management and contingency planning; perform critical path analyses.
