Regal Rexnord seeks a Product Manager for Industrial Electrical Products to own lifecycle, pricing, and profitability across terminal blocks, fuse holders, and PDBs. You will translate VOC insights into product improvements, work with engineering on specs, and drive new development from concept to launch.

You will collaborate with sales, customers, and sourcing to optimize the portfolio, manage cost targets, and support training with technical docs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, engineering, or related technical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience with industrial/technical products; electrical components or power distribution preferred.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into product decisions and business impact.
• Strong pricing, cost analysis, and margin management skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, sourcing, and commercial teams.
• Effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full product lifecycle including strategy, roadmap, pricing, and profitability.
• Lead new product development from concept to launch, including business cases and go-to-market.
• Translate VOC insights into product requirements and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and engineering to define solutions.
• Work with engineering to develop specs, performance targets, and cost targets.
• Engage with sourcing and suppliers to manage cost, quality, and supply continuity.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies to improve margins.
• Support commercial teams with product training and technical documentation.
• Drive portfolio optimization and lifecycle management.
• Monitor product performance and report on revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare business cases, forecasts, and updates for leadership.
