Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Product Manager to lead an industrial electrical products portfolio, including terminal blocks, fuse holders, and PDBs. You will own strategy, profitability, and end-to-end development from concept to launch, translating VOC into actionable enhancements and new offerings.

You will partner with engineering, sales, and customers to define requirements, optimize pricing, and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a related technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Experience with industrial or electrical products preferred.
• Strong ability to translate VOC into product decisions.
• Strong pricing, cost analysis, and margin management.
• Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, sales, and supply chain.
• Effective communication with customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for assigned product lines, including strategy, roadmap, pricing, and profitability.
• Lead new product development efforts from concept through launch, including business case development.
• Translate VOC insights into product requirements, design improvements, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, customers, and key accounts to define product solutions.
• Partner with engineering to develop specifications, performance requirements, and cost targets.
• Work with sourcing to manage cost, quality, and supply continuity with global suppliers.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies to improve margins and support growth.
• Support commercial teams with product training, technical documentation, and customer engagement.
• Drive portfolio optimization including product rationalization and lifecycle management.
• Monitor product performance and implement actions to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare and present business cases, forecasts, and product updates to leadership.
