Job summary

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement seeks a Vice President to lead Improvement, Innovation and Product Development. This remote, global role reports to the Chief Scientific Officer and shapes the Improvement Science Hub’s strategy, portfolio, and governance across design, methods, evaluation and product development.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams and external faculty, translate strategy into scalable offerings, and advance IHI’s mission to accelerate transformational improvement in

Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent with leadership experience in health care or related field.
At least 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a complex organization.
Experience setting strategy and leading across multiple core domains: improvement, innovation, design, evaluation, learning, product development.

Responsibilities

Lead IHI's Improvement Science hub and portfolio strategy.
Establish governance, priorities, and operating model.
Develop and sustain multidisciplinary teams and external faculty.
Represent IHI as a credible external voice on improvement science and product development.
