Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics, Health Services Research or related field.
• 20+ years designing and evaluating healthcare delivery and payment programs.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Subject matter expertise in health economics and CMMI models.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and win contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic plans for the HI Program.
• Leads staff development, performance, and budget management.
• Drives client engagement, business development, and contract growth.
• Represents AIR with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensures project performance and quality across federal programs.
