Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) seeks a Director of Product Development and Management to lead the enterprise product function across education, networks, consultancy and other services. This senior role drives strategy, governance, and a repeatable lifecycle from concept to retirement, partnering across IS Hub, Marketing, Finance and Technology.

The candidate will shape product vision, define roadmaps, ensure measurable outcomes, and manage a portfolio that aligns with IHI’s mission

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible product management experience at enterprise level.
• Experience with continuous improvement and innovation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement product strategy, governance, processes and measures of success.
• Lead enterprise product portfolio and catalogue with lifecycle visibility.
• Guide cross-functional teams through product lifecycle from concept to retirement.
• Lead change management for adoption of the product development system.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Technology on pricing, revenue models and market feedback.
