Job summary

ACT Power Services is seeking a Vice President of HV/MV Services to lead operations for high and medium voltage services across solar, ESS, and data centers. This role combines field leadership with executive accountability for safety, quality, and client outcomes.

You will build scalable processes, drive business development, and manage P&L while partnering with executive leadership to position the service line for growth across nationwide sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in HV/MV electrical environments with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in P&L ownership, revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Strong business development and client relationship management experience.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and scale technical teams across field and office.
• Experience with NFPA 70E, OSHA, NERC/NEC, NETA standards and applicable interconnection requirements.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HV/MV operations and ensure safe, high-quality service delivery.
• Define priorities, resources, and schedules to meet client commitments.
• Lead development of HV/MV service offerings, scope templates, and pricing.
