Nidec Corporation is seeking a visionary HR executive to serve as Vice President, Human Resources – Americas Region. This senior leader will guide HR strategy, governance, and operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and other regional operations, shaping the talent agenda for a diverse, multinational workforce.

Reporting to Global HR, the VP will drive regional alignment, governance, compliance, and people initiatives within a highly matrixed environment serving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multinational, manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven track record leading HR across multiple countries within the Americas region.
• Experience in matrixed organizations, shared-services environments, or RHQ structures.
• Ability to travel across the Americas region and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR leader for the Americas Region, ensuring governance and execution of global priorities.
• Partner with regional and country leadership to align workforce strategies and organizational capability.
• Drive RHQ operating model improvements, compliance, labor relations, and workforce administration.
• Provide executive insights, risk assessments, and strategic guidance to leadership.
