Zusammenfassung

ASSA ABLOY Group in Huntersville, NC seeks a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR for the U.S. & Mexico. You will drive people strategies, organizational design, compensation, and engagement to support growth and high performance.

The role requires 15+ years of HR leadership, multi-location experience, and 25% travel. Fluent English is essential; Spanish is a plus. You will shape leadership development and workforce planning to sustain our business priorities.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
5+ years in a senior HR leadership role supporting multi-location operations.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
English fluency required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Aufgaben

Translate the business’s strategic and tactical plans into HR strategic and operational plans across multiple direct sales and service operations and functions.
Lead HR team, coach, and develop staff; oversee compensation and sales commission plans.
Develop and deploy talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Establish HR metrics, performance management systems, and HRIS reporting; ensure compliance and organizational effectiveness.
