Fuller Technologies seeks aHuman Resources Manager – North America to lead HR operations across the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America. You will drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement while guiding a regional HR team.

The role partners with business leaders to shape staffing, succession, and change initiatives, ensuring compliance with laws and policies. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 7–10 years HR experience including employee relations & business partnering.
• Experience across US, Mexico, and Latin America payroll.

Responsabilités

• Lead NA HR operations and payroll compliance.
• Coach regional HR team of three, including two HR/BP partners.
• Partner with leaders on organizational structure, staffing, and change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies across locations.
