Job summary

GIC Private Limited is seeking a VP of Human Resources to serve as HR Business Partner and regional leader for the Americas. You will translate global programs into US-focused employee experiences, advise on immigration and mobility, and mentor a junior team member.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of broad HR experience with immigration specialization.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders in financial services preferred.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Ability to translate global programs into local, compliant execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as HR Business Partner and leader for the Americas region (US & Brazil).
• Translate global programs into locally relevant employee programs and advise on immigration.
• Lead regional engagement initiatives and partner with legal, mobility, and learning teams.
• Manage sensitive workplace matters in partnership with Counsel and regional leadership.
