Job summary

Hilton seeks a VP of HR Consulting based at our McLean, VA corporate office. You will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton’s Team Members, leading the HR Consulting team supporting our Commercial Services function.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of professional experience in a global, corporate, matrixed environment.
• Ten (10) years of progressive HR leadership in HRBP/HR Consulting/Talent Management/Org Effectiveness/Employee Relations with senior leaders.
• Eight+ years at Director level or above, leading diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategy and processes with the business' goals.
• Develop talent plans integrating succession, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Inspire a culture of accountability.
• Lead the HR Consulting team to deliver high-impact enterprise outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements; collaborate with Legal and Finance and agencies as needed.
• Navigate complex people issues with Legal, Compliance, and HR COEs in line with Hilton values.
