Job summary
Hilton in McLean, VA is seeking a Director of Partnership Strategy and Management to lead Hilton's enterprise partnership portfolio and align partners with global marketing, loyalty, and growth objectives. The role blends strategic leadership with cross-functional influence across sales, legal, and finance.
You will drive go-to-market execution, manage relationships with partners, and establish performance governance to optimize value for Hilton Honors and guests.
Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of professional experience.
- Five (5) years in partnership strategy, strategic alliances, partner management, or sponsorships.
- Experience supporting negotiations, renewals, business cases, and budget management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- This is a McLean, VA based role (in-office ~3 days/week).
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the strategic roadmap for Hilton's global enterprise partnership portfolio.
- Lead ongoing management of current partners across sports, entertainment, and other categories.
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new partnership opportunities.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement for negotiations, renewals, and rights management.
- Establish measurement frameworks and governance for partner performance.
