Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a strategic and operational HR executive to balance big-picture vision with excellence in people programs, technology, and data. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 7 years leading multiple HR functions.
• Proven experience leading HR Operations, HR Technology, Payroll, Shared Services, and process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing organizational change and large-scale system implementations in complex, multi-site environments.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, and execution skills.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for complex employee relations matters in line with policies and values.
• Partner with HR leadership, Legal, and stakeholders to mitigate risk and ensure policy consistency.
• Serve as escalation point for high-risk employee relations issues and guide resolutions.
• Lead strategy, planning, budgeting, and execution of HR Operations functions including HR Technology, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Service Delivery.
• Drive operational excellence by improving processes, systems, and service delivery.
• Develop and execute HR technology and HRIS strategies for integration and adoption.
• Establish and lead change management initiatives for large-scale HR transformations.
• Oversee payroll operations and vendor relationships for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead HR service delivery operations, including shared services and employee support.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to design effective HR programs and tools.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Advise leadership on HR policies, programs, and workforce initiatives.
• Align HR systems with business objectives through cross-functional partnerships.
• Establish metrics and reporting to measure HR performance and inform decisions.
