• Develop and implement HR technology and HRIS strategies with enterprise-wide adoption.
• Oversee payroll operations and vendor management for accuracy and compliance.
• Guide HR service delivery and shared services to ensure responsiveness and scalability.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deploy effective HR programs and tools.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
