• Minimum of 5 years of relevant human resources experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Coach and support managers in navigating complex employee matters and organizational challenges.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen recruiting strategies and outcomes.
• Lead onboarding and new employee orientation to create a welcoming experience.
• Develop and facilitate leadership development programs and training initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, and retention strategies.
