Job summary

Linden Ponds is seeking a Director of Human Resources at Erickson Senior Living to serve as a strategic partner, aligning HR programs with enterprise goals and leading talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

The role requires at least 7 years of HR management, HRBP experience across multiple functions, and a certification such as PHR/SPHR. The organization offers executive compensation, bonuses, and a culture built on inclusion and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple business functions and leading an HR team.
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification is a plus.

Compensation:

$135000.00 - $150000.00 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonuses

How you will make an impact:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with enterprise-wide initiatives, and foster the development of high performing teams

What you will need

• Experience working with a large diverse workforce of exempt and non-exempt employees
