JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office is seeking a Vice President – AI Data Products to advance a Data Product approach across the firm, coordinating with business lines and corporate functions to define, develop, and register data products.

You will help create a culture of data product management, plan hiring and training, and collaborate with CDAO teams to implement data strategies across the organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years in data management, engineering, AI and ML domains.
• 3+ years experience as product manager, designer, engineer, data analyst or data scientist.
• Ability to solve complex problems with data-driven written narratives.
• Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive way.

• Execute and refine data product development approach at JPMorgan Chase.
• Gather feedback from data product teams and pilots to refine guidance.
• Collaborate with Lines of Business to define high-priority data products for defined business needs.
• Ensure data products are registered consistently in the Firmwide data catalog for easy discovery.
• Lead the creation of strategic reports and white papers articulating data strategy initiatives.
• Define data product metrics (OKRs and KPIs) and provide insights to leadership.
• Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Collaborate with Firmwide CDAO teams to refine data strategies and meet business needs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to data leaders to drive adoption of best practices.
