Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering data products, analytics platforms, or enterprise data solutions.
• Experience translating business needs into epics, features, and user stories.
• Experience with backlog prioritization and delivery planning.
• Experience with modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems including catalog/lineage and data quality tooling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data testing and ad-hoc analysis.
• Experience with governance workflows and compliance in controlled environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy, outcomes, and OKRs for your HR data domain.
• Prioritize a portfolio backlog balancing near-term value with long-term investments.
• Engage senior HR and business leaders to identify opportunities and align on outcomes.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear criteria.
• Conduct user discovery and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Partner with BI, AI/ML, and Product teams to meet reporting and automation needs.
• Collaborate to onboard data sources and transform them into fit-for-purpose offerings.
• Establish data governance, quality, and lifecycle practices for talent data.
• Own data catalog, metadata, glossary, and lineage for Talent datasets.
• Drive continuous improvement from feedback and industry best practices.
