Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Product Manager for Core Employee Data and Documents to own the end-to-end lifecycle—from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement—driving data quality, automation, risk reduction, and strong data outcomes across global employee workflows.

You will lead a product team and partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and leaders to deliver high-quality outcomes, coach talent, and enforce strong product practices and delivery discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or a relevant domain.
• People leadership with coaching and talent development.
• Experience leading full lifecycle: discovery, ideation, requirements, launch, value management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical focus on data accuracy, security, and operational excellence.
• Experience in a highly matrixed, global organization and agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product vision and strategy aligned to goals and evolving compliance.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, ideation, requirements, prioritization, development, launch, continuous improvement.
• Lead and maintain a prioritized backlog balancing business value, UX, risk, and timelines.
• Drive discovery and stakeholder engagement to identify problems and translate needs into features.
• Partner with engineering, operations, compliance, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes across regions.
• Champion process simplification and automation to reduce manual effort and risk and enable self-service.
• Ensure data quality, security, and controls alignment with clear ownership.
• Define, track, and communicate product success metrics and provide analytics to guide decisions.
• Prepare updates and recommendations for senior leadership, including roadmaps and steering materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams in a complex, agile environment and foster continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop a product team, setting priorities and reinforcing delivery discipline.
