• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed organization and drive alignment.
• Strong strategic planning and program management with multiple workstreams.
• Excellent executive communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; KPI design and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Collaborative partner focused on team effectiveness.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel, plus AI-tools experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional work across marketing, product, analytics/data, and channel teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning cadences for Engagement and Product Marketing.
• Prioritize work by impact, capacity, and dependencies.
• Co-manage the Marketing Intake forum and documentation.
• Lead team engagement and education forums and events.
• Oversee the program management portfolio and enablement.
• Manage finance forecasting and budget tracking.
• Run operational forums with agendas and notes.
• Coordinate business reviews and executive presentations.
• Build partnerships with Brand, Finance, Data and Analytics, Marketing COE, Communications, and HR.
• Define KPI frameworks and dashboards with targets.
• Deliver insights and lead special projects end to end.
