Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Vice President of HR Data Privacy within the Human Resources and Employee Experience Chief Data Office.

You will lead privacy risk identification, mitigation, and governance across HR data use, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Tech Controls to embed privacy standards. You will guide data protection initiatives, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of data security across HR, including incident management for global regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data privacy, governance, compliance or related field.
• Experience in financial services, consulting, or other regulated industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
• Strong risk and control mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own HR compliance with Cookies and Digital Tracking Elements standard, including governance, inventory, scanning, and controls across HR channels.
• Manage HR data privacy incidents and global case governance processes with timely resolution and risk-based escalation.
• Conduct data protection impact assessments for in-scope AI and data use cases to identify and mitigate privacy risk; include DPIAs where required.
• Maintain Records of Processing Activities inventory and related documentation for accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Firmwide Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Technology Controls to establish guardrails for HR data use and protection.
• Engage senior HR and Risk & Compliance stakeholders in US and Latin America as SME on data privacy, incident management, and regulations affecting workforce data.
