Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–5 years in data governance, risk, audit readiness or compliance.
• Ability to turn guidance into organized, repeatable processes (checklists, trackers, templates).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to create clear PowerPoint materials and concise summaries.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with Teams/SharePoint and data tools like Alteryx/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Support data management frameworks, procedures, and training for HR data domains.
• Build and maintain governance materials and prepare insights for leadership and risk councils.
• Coordinate end-to-end governance processes; collect inputs and deliver clear outputs for forums.
• Assist with monitoring data processes, controls, and policy adherence; document improvement opportunities.
• Execute Alteryx workflows to prepare metrics datasets for Tableau dashboards.
• Trace records and support analysis for metric validation and governance reporting.
• Prepare evidence for audit readiness and support follow-ups as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Controls, and Tech stakeholders to track questions and actions.
• Support HR Data Ownership Program by maintaining data owner trackers and promoting stewardship.
• Receive coaching and progressively own dashboards/metrics over time.
