Zusammenfassung

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, HR Data Privacy to lead privacy initiatives within the HR function and strengthen data protection across the enterprise.

You will drive governance, risk assessment, and compliance with firmwide policies and applicable laws while aiding strategic decision-making. In this role, you will partner with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and HR teams to implement guardrails for data use, manage privacy incidents, and influence stakeholders in the United

Qualifikationen

8 years of experience in data privacy, governance, compliance, or related field.
Experience in financial services, consulting, or another regulated industry.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
Strong risk and controls mindset with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

Own HR compliance with Cookies and Digital Tracking Elements standards across HR channels.
Manage HR data privacy incidents and global case governance processes.
Conduct data protection impact assessments for AI and data use cases.
Maintain HR Records of Processing Activities inventory and related documentation.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Firmwide Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Technology Controls to establish guardrails for HR data use and protection.
Engage senior HR and Risk and Compliance stakeholders in the United States and Latin America as a privacy SME.
