Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in data privacy, governance, compliance, or related field.
• Experience in financial services, consulting, or another regulated industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results independently.
• Strong risk and control mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own HR compliance with Cookies and Digital Tracking Elements standards across HR channels.
• Manage HR data privacy incidents and global case governance processes.
• Conduct data protection impact assessments for AI and data use cases.
• Maintain Records of Processing Activities inventory and related docs.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Technology Controls to set guardrails.
• Engage senior HR and Risk/Compliance stakeholders in US and Latin America forums as SME.
