Job summary

Anglo-Eastern is seeking a Vice President of Hotel Operations to lead the fleet's hotel services and performance in the United States. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue, and regulatory compliance while coaching Hotel Directors and ensuring contracts are executed to standard.

Travel worldwide as needed and oversee multi-department operations. The role demands senior leadership experience in cruise hospitality, with a focus on service quality, policy adherence, and team development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years in the cruise/hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide and work weekends/holidays as needed.
  • Intermediate computer software skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to all Hotel Directors.
  • Ensure operational performance aligns with charter specifications.
  • Develop and maintain AE Leisure policies and guidelines for shipboard operations.
  • Ensure hotel compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and USPH standards.
  • Oversee housekeeping, F&B, reception, and OBR revenue areas.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing & Logistics for supplies and services.
  • Mentor and develop talents; plan succession for hotel operations.
  • Start-up and close-down of each charter season; report issues to top management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
