Job summary

Anglo-Eastern Ship Management seeks a Vice President of Hotel Operations to spearhead the fleet’s on-board hotel services and performance against KPIs and charter agreements. You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure exceptional guest experiences, adherence to ISO 9001:2008 and MLC 2006, and ongoing talent development of Hotel Directors.

The role requires strategic leadership, multi-site oversight, and flexibility for worldwide travel to manage shipboard operations and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience leading hotel operations in cruise/hospitality sectors.
• Ability to travel worldwide as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations and ensure charter contract compliance.
• Drive guest and charterer satisfaction while managing KPIs.
• Oversee housekeeping, F&B, reception, and OBR revenue.
• Coach and develop shipboard Hotel Directors.
