Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in luxury cruise/hospitality.
• Prior food and beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Translate AMAN experience into an onboard environment.
• Develop departmental operating manuals and procedures.
• Ensure hotel crew are adequately trained.
