Job summary

This role ensures senior management has visibility into initiatives, metrics and financials, partnering across COS, F&BM, and data analytics to enable end-to-end execution. The candidate will build executive decks, manage monthly/quarterly reports, and drive capacity models, forecasting, and cost allocation with strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years in Business Management, Operations, or Consulting.
• Ability to package and present business strategy with financials and data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare executive presentations with strategy, performance projections and trends.
• Design monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for stakeholders.
• Coordinate deliverables with business managers, finance, and project teams.
• Analyze large data sets to inform COS strategy.
• Create executive level presentations using PitchPro+.
• Budget and forecast headcount and direct expenses with COS and F&BM teams.
• Support capacity models across COS functions and activities.
• Participate in activity-based costing to allocate expenses across lines of business.
