Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or National Board Approved Licensure.
• 3+ years of experience in Home Health or Hospice.
• 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned area.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and accountability by hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team.
• Demonstrate consistency in achieving admit and census goals by monitoring progress and addressing gaps.
• Compile, communicate, and execute best practices to grow market share.
• Develop a collaborative partnership with the Operation Leadership team to align growth between Sales and Operations.
• Report to the Division President and/or Division VP of Business Development and implement company initiatives.
• Address challenging situations with real solutions and perform any other assigned tasks.
