Optum is seeking a Vice President of Business Development-Home Health in Baton Rouge. You will lead a high-performing sales team, set strategic direction, and drive growth across the Home Health portfolio. Travel extensively and collaborate with Operations to maximize market share and patient census.

You will report to the Division President/VP of Business Development and align initiatives with corporate goals, bringing strong leadership, coaching, and accountability to the team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or National Board Approved Licensure.
• 3+ years of experience in Home Health or Hospice.
• 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned area.
• Current driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team.
• Achieve admit and census goals by monitoring progress and addressing gaps.
• Share best practices and develop strategies to grow market share.
• Collaborate with Operations to align growth with service delivery.
• Report to Division President/VP of Business Development and implement company initiatives.
