Optum is seeking a Vice President of Business Development-Home Health in the United States. The role leads a sales organization, sets strategic direction, and drives growth in home health and hospice markets.

You will coach Account Executives, align sales with operations, and push for higher admit and census figures while traveling extensively as required. The position emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, and cross-functional collaboration within a national footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or National Board Approved Licensure.
• 3+ years of experience in Home Health or Hospice.
• 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned area.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

• Provide leadership by hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales team.
• Demonstrate consistency in achieving admit and census goals and address performance gaps.
• Share and implement best practices to maximize marketing resources and grow market share.
• Develop partnerships with Operations to align sales and operations toward growth.
• Report to Division leadership and drive company initiatives with practical solutions.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
